• 1 xerox of Trial/Attempt Certificate (for Std.11)
• Original Leaving Certificate (for Std.1 mid-term & Grade 2 onwards)(the L.C should be duly counter signed if applicable)
• 1 xerox of Marksheet of previous Std. or Term/Semester
• 1 xerox of Birth Certificate of the child
• 1 xerox of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

• 1 xerox of Passport of the student
